The Martin Luther King Jr. Community Choir San Diego performs gospel concerts to raise funds for educational grants given to San Diego high school seniors pursuing a college degree in visual or performing arts.

 

Since 1998 the MLK Choir has given out 77 Educational Grants totaling over $149,000.

 

At their scholarship concert on June 9th, 2013 they awarded educational grants to 5 talented students pursuing majors in art, music and theater.

 

MLKCCSD is proud to support our local, budding artists in the San Diego community.
