An evening of diverse musical portrayals on February’s winged sprite—AMOR/CUPID/LOVE!  Featuring bass Walter DuMelle and colleagues Molly Whittaker (mezzo), Bryan Verhoye (piano), Alison Luedecke (harpsichord), and   Jory Herman (double bass). Repertoire to include two rarely performed works—Bach’s Cantata #203, Amore traditore,  and Mozart’s Per questa bella mano, along with a tapestry of duets from the American Musical featuring  Sondheim, Coleman, Rodgers, and Berlin.

Join San Diego jazz favorites Fran Hartshorn (vocals) and Irving Flores (piano) ‘Over the Rainbow’ atop beautiful Balboa Park in this intimate Hillcrest setting.  'Come Rain or Come Shine', come hear some of that 'Old Black Magic', as you enjoy a tribute to American great Harold Arlen.  Beautiful concert, lovely venue, important organization—please join us!

Sing-A-Long with a star studded local cast of San Diego favorites as Bodhi Tree Concerts presents Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Pirates of Penzance.  Dust off your scores and get ready for 'Pour Oh Pour the Pirate Sherry', 'Modern Major General', and 'Poor Wandering One'—just to name a few.   Returning cast members will include Joseph Grienenberger, Fran Hartshorn and Chad Frisque.
