Chris Duvall is a native San Diegan and accomplished bassist. Having studied under Mark
Dresser and Kamau Kenyatta at UCSD and graduating with honors from their music department in 2014, he dove head first into the vibrant San Diego music scene. On any night he might be found laying down groovy bass-lines with his 10-piece funk band The Village Squares or
weaving intricate contrapuntal melodies with Joe Garrison and the Night People. Comfortable
performing in almost any genre, Chris Duvall is a multi-layered artist and musician.
