Daniel Moyer has a degree in Music Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in vocal music.  A passionate performer and music educator,  Mr. Moyer is the Choral Director at Westview High School in Poway Unified School District and Neighborhood Choir Director with the San Diego Children’s Choir.  Daniel is a tenor soloist and section leader at St. James by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in La Jolla.  He also teaches individual voice lessons from his home in Hillcrest.

Mr. Moyer’s experience as both a soloist and a member of an ensemble includes performances of choral masterworks, chamber music, opera, and oratorio as well as musical theatre, folk, and jazz music. 

 

Since moving to San Diego in 2013, Mr. Moyer has sung with a number of organizations including the San Diego Opera, San Diego Master Chorale, San Diego Symphony, SACRA/PROFANA, San Diego Pro Arte Voices, South Coast Chamber Choir, and Folklore Music Guild.
