San Diego native Michael Kozma made his operatic debut with the San Diego Opera as part of the children’s chorus in Tosca in 2016.  He sang with the San Diego Symphony in 2017 and continued with the San Diego Opera for Turandot and Carmen.  He has also worked with Bodhi Tree Concerts and Opera Neo.  After completing his fourth year as a chorister with St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral, he began to pursue dramatic interests with the J Company, playing the part of a Roustabout in the 2019 production of Disney’s My Son Pinocchio, a Boy in their 2020 production of Mama Mia, and was cast as the Baker in the 2020 Spring production of Fireflies. 

 

Michael is a member of the St. James by the Sea Youth Group, likes to play tennis and water polo, takes Chinese, and will be promoting from 8th grade at Standley Middle School.
