Pianist, composer, and arranger Irving Flores - a Latin music giant, joins with trumpet virtuoso, Gilbert Castellanos, to present an afternoon of Latin Jazz in support of ArtsBusXpress and ArtReach. Opening the concert we welcome the aspiring musicians of Mariachi Chula Vista. ArtsBusXpress works to ensure San Diego city and county school teachers have transportation to take students on cultural field trips to arts, science, and technology.  ArtReach believes that all youngsters, regardless of socioeconomic status, benefit from the opportunity to practice creative thinking and creative doing.
