Lisa Austin Frisque - Lyric Soprano
Lisa Austin Frisque, lyric soprano, is originally from Napa, CA and has lived in San Diego since 2009. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Chapman University and her Master’s from Manhattan School of Music. She has been a core member of the San Diego Opera Chorus for eight consecutive years and has also worked
with San Francisco Opera and San Francisco Lyric Opera choruses. As a soloist, she performs with various musical organizations throughout San Diego. Some of her
favorite roles performed are 1st Lady in The Magic Flute, Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro, and Nanetta in Falstaff.
She is proud to be a co-founder of FAB United, which is an arts organization that produces local concerts as well as provides
opportunities for other local San Diego artists to perform. She looks forward to any opportunity to perform with her husband, Chad Frisque, and her sister, Erica Austin.
