Join San Diego favorites Martha Howe, contralto and Mary Barranger, piano for an evening's recital of music from a woman's perspective. Composers will include Copland and Heggie plus a group from the Broadway tradition. There will also be music by Fanny Mendelssohn and Clara Schumann. This concert is sure to please, plus 100% of profits will be donated to the Foundation for Women, which serves women living in poverty locally and globally by funding and creating microfinance programs that help generate sustainable income, offer education and business support, and create economic prosperity.
